Vice President Kamala Harris’s niece, Meena, posted on Instagram urging people who defend women and LGBT rights to support Palestine and the terrorist group Hamas to obliterate Israel.
Harris, a 36-year-old businesswoman, and lawyer shared an Instagram post on Wednesday night that was reposted several times about the ongoing Israel-Palestinian conflict.

“One cannot advocate for racial equality, LGBT & women’s rights, condemn corrupt and abusive regimes, and other injustices yet choose to ignore the Palestinian oppression,” she posted.
“It does not add up. You cannot pick and choose whose human rights matter more,” she added.
In the four months her aunt has served as vice president, Meena has managed to upset the White House.
One time, with a rollout of her clothing brand, the Biden administration said she came too close to profiting off her aunt and was not allowed to use the vice president’s name or likeness.
Another time she sent a poorly worded tweet about a mass shooting.
Many find Meena’s activism leaving them with questions.
A key factor appears to be left out about Hamas, the Palestinians who rule Gaza.
According to Amnesty International, Gaza criminalizes homosexuality and punishes it with up to ten years behind bars.
A person commented, “Harris’s niece urges fight against ‘Palestinian oppression’ MORE STUPIDITY.” Another shared, “They truly are that dam stupid; it’s astounding.”
One tweet laid out the facts, saying, “Kamala Harris’s niece, Meena, posted: ‘One cannot advocate for racial equality, LGBT & women’s rights, condemn corrupt & abusive regimes and choose to ignore Palestinian oppression.’ She ignored the fact that Hamas is a corrupt, abusive regime that criminalized homosexuality.”
Yet another critic asked her to “please know full history before giving explanation,” criticizing her for having “jumped on bandwagon possibly too quick”
