A New York man was arrested in Florida earlier this week for vandalizing a truck that displayed an anti-Biden bumper sticker.
The man was caught on camera vandalizing a green Toyota Tundra that was parked outside a star in the Florida Keys.
He was soon approached by local law enforcement two days later and confronted with the video, at which point the man confirmed that he did approach the vehicle. When asked why, he stated that the car was displaying a “Let’s Go Brandon” sticker.
“I scratched it,” he said. “Was it the bumper sticker?” the officer followed up, adding that the property contained multiple security cameras. “I guess it infuriated me,” the man said, adding “I did it.”
The suspect was informed that he will likely be charged with a felony, as destruction of property worth more than $1,000 is a felony in Florida.
